WE HAVE MANY OPEN VOLUNTEER SPOTS (22 TOTAL). GO NOW TO SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER SPOTS - MOC IS OUTSIDE THE REGULAR SEASON VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS. PER PARENT BRIEFING AND VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES, IF YOU HAVE A SWIMMER AT MOC EXPECT TO VOLUNTEER. IF WE SO NOT FILL THE SPOTS, I WILL LOOK AT THE SWIMMER ROSTER AND ARBITRARILY ASSIGN ROLES.

- There is a major vendor event at the next FBISD facility, parking will be very full. See attachment for overflow parking areas in the AMC Theater & Mall lots (see attached map)
- No non-volunteer parents on the pool deck, stands only.

- 6:30 AM SWIMMER SHOWTIME. Apply sunscreen, let dry for 15 minutes then mark swimmers with a sharpie before you leave home: swimnt.org/tent-parent-101
- 6:30 AM TENT PARENT SHOWTIME, sign in with Tent Parent Chair.
- 7:00 AM ALL OTHER SHOWTIMES, sign in with the work area Chair.
- 7:15 AM SECURITY & FLOATERS BRIEFING (in Lobby)
- 7:20 AM STROKE JUDGE MEETING (in Coaches' Room)
- 7:40 AM READY BENCH BRIEFING (at Ready Benches)
- 7:40 AM TIMER/SCRIBE BREIFING (by diving boards)
- 7:40 AM RUNNER TO AWARDS BREIFING (at Data Tables)
