TIMELINE
- 3:30 PM SWIMMER SHOWTIME. Apply sunscreen, let dry for 15 minutes then mark swimmers with a sharpie before you leave home: swimnt.org/tent-parent-101
- Setup & Breakdown showtime per Setup Chair.
- 3:30 TENT PARENT SHOWTIME, sign in with Tent Parent Chair.
- 4:15 ALL OTHER VOLUNTEERS SHOWTIME, sign in with the work area Chair.
- 4:35 TIMER & STROKE JUDGE BRIEFINGS.
- 4:20 Torpedo swimmer warmups.
- 4:55 National Anthem.
- 5:00 Meet begins.
- SHIFT 2 BEGINS AT EVENT 30. Shift 2 Timers & Stroke Judges attend the initial briefing if possible.
Torpedoes & Tarpons heading to Flip ‘n Patties after the meet.
