We still have many open volunteer positions.  We are really hoping these will be filled out of the kindness of your heart!  This was posted by Jenny earlier so some of these positions might be closed - PLEASE NOTE - you need to go to Schedule and Click Past Events to see Meet 4.  

Tent Parents

6 and under, shift 1 (ends after event 42), 1 slot

7-8 girls, shift 2, BOTH slots

9-10 girls, shift 2, 2 slots

11-12 boys, shift 2, BOTH slots

13-14, shift 2, 1 slot

Note: Let's fill those little kid positions first. Will move parents around for holes if needed, and parents may need to step up and get their kids to/from the pool.

Meet Setup, 1 slot

Timer/Scribe, shift 1, 2 slots

I have opened the signups on the website for the rest of the day. Please sign up on the website ASAP to ensure a smooth meet tomorrow.

Also note, Meet 5 still has 7 judge and tent parent holes. Please sign up ASAP. Job signups close on Sunday. Make sure you get your family's 11 points!

TIMELINE

• 2:45PM SETUP TIME
• 3:30 PM SWIMMER SHOWTIME. Apply sunscreen, let dry for 15 minutes then mark swimmers with a sharpie before you leave home: swimnt.org/tent-parent-101
• Setup & Breakdown showtime per Setup Chair.
• 3:30 TENT PARENT SHOWTIME, sign in with Tent Parent Chair.
• 4:15 TIMER/SCRIBE/RUNNER SHOWTIME, sign in with the work area Chair.
• 4:30 ALL OTHER JOBS SHOWTIME, sign in with the work area Chair.
• 4:45 Timer & Stroke Judge briefing.
• 4:00 Torpedo swimmer warmups.
• 4:55 National Anthem.
• 5:00 Meet begins.
• Shift 2 announced at event 32 and will begin at event 35, no exact time. Shift 2 Timers & Stroke Judges attend the initial briefing if possible.
• There will be one heat of relays per age group.  Meet expected to end around 8:30PM if we stay on time.  PLEASE PLEASE HELP WITH CLEAN-UP!  It takes a lot of people to move benches, load tents and closet up, move pool furniture back, and many of the Board members have to stay until the end picking up trash.  Please help us get out early. :)
