Declare your swimmers for ALL swim meets TODAY, see the attached file for instructions.

If your swimmer is not declared as "ATTENDING" they will NOT swim in the meet.

This is simply because the system will not enter them for heating. Entriesd cannot be made past certain deadlines to ensure fair play between the teams.

If your swimmer status changes, you may log back in and make theat change. If the meet declaration is closed close to the meet date and your swimmer status changes (e.g. sick, injured, etc.) then email Coach Sean via the form here: www.swimnt.org/coaches
