It’s the new year, time to start talking about the 2026 Torpedoes Swim Team!!

• Registration for returning families will open February 15. 
• Registration for new families will open March 1. 

Team Leadership Update 

The Torpedo Swim Team is 100% volunteer-run, non-profit organization. We currently have critical vacancies of the six Board of Director positions, along with several key Chair positions. Moving forward with only three board members is not viable. While this message is not meant to cause alarm, it is important to be transparent: the future of the season depends on your involvement. We cannot responsibly move forward with the season unless additional volunteers step up to fill these roles: 

• Vice President 
• Volunteer Director 
• Development Director 

No prior swimming experience is required to serve on the board. The most important qualifications are an enthusiasm for youth sports & a willingness to serve. If you have ever considered getting more involved, now is the time. Please reply to this email and I would be happy to talk through the opportunities and expectations. Thank you for your continued support of our team and our athletes.
