Hi All Star Parents and Coaches,

Here is the information that you need to know.  If you are a parent of a coach and you are recieving this email, PLEASE pass this information to your child.

Important Times

○3:50 pm Swimmers and Coaches arrive

○3:50 pm Setup

○4:20-4:50 pm New Territory Swim Team warm-ups 

○5:35 pm coaches’ relays

○6:00 All Star Meet starts

HEATSHEETS:

Heat sheets have been published and are on the WHALe League website. REMEMBER, parents can print them from the website. Click on the link below. You can also see all of the participants by Team. Torpedoes are on page 26.

PARKING:

The overflow parking is close to the stadium. This will all be detailed on the tent map. See attached map. Give your self plenty of time to park and walk to the natatorium.

SWIMMER ARRIVAL: 

Swimmers need to arrive between 3:50-4pm to our NTST Tent. I have attached the map and the parking space where our 2 tents will be set up. Our warm up assigned time is 4:20-4:50pm. I have attached the lane assignments. 

SET UP:

●  Tents We are have been assigned a parking spot this year for our tents. I have attached a map that outlines where each team may put swimmer tents.

I will have 2 tents with me. I will need help setting up the tents. 

EVENTS:

●  Coaches Relays There will be two fun relays and one serious relay. Teams may be combined. They will start at 5:45 pm. Coaches will need to sign up during warm-ups at the concession table.

BACKSTROKE:

●  Diving Blocks Please remind swimmers that they can NOT use the diving blocks for backstroke starts. 

SWIMMER CARD:

I will be able to print Swimmer Cards like at Meet of Champions. All NTST Spectators can come to our team tent and pick them up.
